Terms of Cancellation

Cancellation by the organizer InfAI e.V.

In case of cancellation of an event caused by force majeure or other circumstances beyond the control of the InfAI e.V., no claims can be raised in relation of the realisation of the event. In case of cancellation by InfAI e.V., we are only obliged to refund the participation fees already paid.

Cancellations or changes by the participants

Cancellations have to be sent to InfAI e.V. in text format or via E-Mail. If you cancel your registration 30 days prior to the start date of the event the full amount will be reimbursed less a handling charge of 50.00 €. Student tickets can't be reimbursed. After this deadline the whole participation fee according to the invoice has to be paid. The date of receipt of the cancellation is decisive.

If needed the event registration can be changed to a substitute attendee. In this case no cancellation fees or extra costs occur. If the substitute participant does not meet the same discount requirements as the registered participant the difference will be charged or credited.
